The apartment was spacious enough for 4 adults. In our case we were only 2.
The apartment has a laundry trough and washing machine/dryer combo (no washing powder supplied) built into a cupboard. Plenty of cupboard space for food supplies in the corridor.
The beds & pillows were comfortable.
The views of the harbour are amazing!
The location is good. Within walking distance of train and ferry shuttle depot if necessary. Also shops & supermarket are within walking distance.
Heaters in most rooms.
If you are counting on the 3rd bedroom, it is not for anyone who is claustrophobic. Single bed only. It is very very small!
There was no cooking facility other than a microwave.
We found the ceiling lighting was a little dull.
For some reason there is no air conditioning! Even at this time of year (Sept) with the sun streaming in through the large windows and sliding doors the main living area and main bedroom got very hot. No opening window or doors in main bedroom. You had to open up all the doors to cool the place down. It was fairly safe to leave these doors open if you were to leave the apartment, unlike some of the other rooms that our friend was staying in.
Please note that there are stairs to navigate into the apartment and also to get to the apartment is a bit of a maze with plenty of stairs to consider. We found it easier to just use the external fire escape stairs. Bearing in mind you are on the top floor.
The main living area was taken up by a very large coffee table. This meant that there was no room for some sort of dining table if you were eating in.
Please note we were there for only the night, so it was a pleasant stay with the above not too much of an inconvenience. Your mobility and size/number of suitcases must be taken into consideration.

The location is very handy to town for restaurants.
The breakfast was awful.
The cooked breakfast my husband had was cold, and only some of it was available.
The continental breakfast only had the cheapest type of cereals on offer, the pots of jam looked like they had been in use for weeks and the orange juice was far from fresh.
The room we stayed in was in serious need of refurbishment.
The guy at check in forgot to take payment for the room from us and put payment for the breakfast voucher against the wrong name.
Housekeeping missed a McDonalds cup and straw which we found on top of a cupboard in the room.
