Clean tidy Well situated . Very quiet. .Not flash which suits us, very homely. Slept so well. Plenty parking and room for dog to. Safely run around.

the room was perfect for what i needed for my tamariki. warm and cosy.
I love that the awa is across the road the room is standard but everything we needed for cooking and washing is here.

Had a kitchen and plenty of room
A bit run down and no SKY TV which I was disappointed with and should have checked before booking.
