The view in my room was amazing and it’s near to the beach so like this
There’s love of people and only few elevators, many times i wait more than 10min just to go up or down

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful (especially Kemal Akrami on the reception desk).
The food was exceptional and the choice unbelievable. The hotel was clean and centrally located. Beach and pool very clean and so many activities. I would definitely recommend this hotel for family holidays.

The location was pleasant, the food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. I also loved the view from my room, which offered a sea view. This lovely beachfront hotel is conveniently located near Sousse Medina.
When I was assigned to my first room on the 7th floor, I found cockroaches everywhere. As a result, I requested a room change. The second room, located on the 5th floor, was an upgrade—it was clean and free of cockroaches. Obviously, in Tunisia, the standards can differ when booking a 4 or 5-star hotel. However, when I asked to change my room, the staff went out of their way to upgrade my accommodations and ensure that I had the best possible experience during my stay.
