We had a wonderful stay at Marhaba Royal Salem. The hotel is very large and offers a great variety of activities and facilities, which made it an excellent choice for our family.
The children especially enjoyed the Kids Club, and I would like to give special thanks to the wonderful staff there for their kindness and attention to our children. The whole family really enjoyed the experience.
One suggestion for improvement would be to provide guests with a clear information sheet or guide at check-in, available in several languages including English and Arabic, showing the daily activities, restaurants, cafés, swimming pools, and other facilities. Since the resort is quite large, this would make it much easier for guests to discover everything the hotel has to offer.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay, and our family really enjoyed the hotel. We would definitely be happy to come back again in the future.

Lovely gardens and grounds with a soft sandy beach.
The rooms were dirty and old. No AC in the rooms and was not safe to leave the balcony door open at night with a toddler. Too warm at night. Food was okay.
