I couldn’t fault it. It was both aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. I came here for my birthday this year and was greeted with a birthday card and a bottle of wine as I entered the room. It really gave it that special touch. It was close to everything and was easy enough to access. Beautiful views and the pool was also awesome. Staff were great and greeted my son at reception with a kids pack so he was also thrilled from the moment we entered the building

Nice clean room, excellent view, great facilities, enjoyed the heated pools and spa with extra towels.
Coffee and supplies were very nice.
The carpark was a nightmare, a solution to the problem would be a designated paid car space when you book. Being asked to park on floor 1-3 or if there's no spots go to the woolworths carpark doesn't work. Cars were piled up in a very tight carpark and couldn't reverse as there was a car behind and no room to turn around as carpark comes to dead ends. Multiple guests were confused and unhappy with this current setup.
Also a door runner is required for the apartment entry door because it howls with the wind, we had to use a towel to silence the noise.
