EVERYTHING was amazung! Im the most unorganised person you will ever meet, but the staff at Parramatta looked after me well! I even got scared in my room and they helped me relocate. I have another trip in Octobet to QLD and I pick Meriton all the way!
Need more parking spots please.
Howver plenty public parking across the road.

Bed, lounge, dining, kitchen, bathroom, city/river views, location, close to metro Woolworths, great uber eats options, Staff and guests were lovely.
some small stains on couch, no bath. Not big issues (being nit picky)

Nice clean room, excellent view, great facilities, enjoyed the heated pools and spa with extra towels.
Coffee and supplies were very nice.
The carpark was a nightmare, a solution to the problem would be a designated paid car space when you book. Being asked to park on floor 1-3 or if there's no spots go to the woolworths carpark doesn't work. Cars were piled up in a very tight carpark and couldn't reverse as there was a car behind and no room to turn around as carpark comes to dead ends. Multiple guests were confused and unhappy with this current setup.
Also a door runner is required for the apartment entry door because it howls with the wind, we had to use a towel to silence the noise.
