Great location outside of city centre but with easy tube access. Local shops provide everything you need, although would recommend a 2 stop tube trip to Balham for even bigger range of shops/supplies.
Pub underneath is great but does not create noise that can be heard in the rooms. Great access to Clapham Common

Great staff, food good good location
Stayed before, beds seemed uncomfortable, mattress maybe pass best and pillows lumpy. This is compared to previous stay.

The room was super clean; the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd happily stay here again. It's well placed for London; the meals are tasty and it was great that we could dine in the hotel if we didn't want to go out.
I felt the quality of the granola at breakfast could be improved.

Very quiet room and I liked the location with the pub downstairs for a drink or meal.
Too many stairs to the room without an offer to take bags up. Overall very expensive for the quality and size of the room and level and service.
