The location was great. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately the lift was not working and we were on the 4th floor!
Had to pay £5 for the use of the pool and £10 for parking.
Would be good to have bottled water and biscuits in the room. Standard for hotel rooms nowadays.

Room was big and the hotel has food/ drink/ gym/pool on site
I upgraded to a club room but the fancy coffee machine was broken, it was dusty and there was no hot water in the morning. Then I searched the hotel for someone to help me but there was no one, so I couldn't shower or wash. It was a absolute nightmare as i had a big event that day
