The location was great. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately the lift was not working and we were on the 4th floor!
Had to pay £5 for the use of the pool and £10 for parking.
Would be good to have bottled water and biscuits in the room. Standard for hotel rooms nowadays.

The newly decorated club rooms were gorgeous. The filtered water. The club biscuit was a great touch. Large tv to chrome cast my Netflix show was a winner. Plenty of milk. Believe it or not that’s a great touch. Not all hotels give excess milk. Super comfy bed.
The pillows were not my level of comfort. Not soft. But you can’t please everyone and that’s ok. PG tips tea is a no from me. I would pay a few ££ more a night if it meant we got Yorkshire tea lol.

Room lovely and good facilities.
Bar area pleasant
Staff very helpful.
Lift not working so had to use service lift.
In morning needed to summon support from reception staff as my son is disabled and couldn’t use stairs to use lift.
Very difficult to contact staff to support and was late for an appointment as a result.
No disabled parking available, cars on disabled spaces did not have blue badge so had to park a way from entrance to property.
Cars parked erratically on pavements so had to walk on road with disabled son which was dangerous and very difficult to keep safe particularly in the dark.
In the bar area very noisy and some guests noisy in corridors past 11pm
