The property was clean and that was a bonus and it was easy to book in and check out. Location for the center of Solihull was perfect
Be aware of promise of breakfast it was poor and after permanent residents raided the small breakfast area of food out there for the morning there was not a lot left.
We saw someone take all of the fruit away in a carrier bag which was not good.

MY FRIEND AND I BOTH LOVED OUR STAY AT STATION APPROACH B&B BOUTIQUE. BE IT A SELF SERVICE STAY OUR HOST ANGELA WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND AVAILABLE FOR SUPPORT AS WERE COLLEAGUES ON SITE. OUR ROOM WAS A PERFECT SIZE WITH VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS AND ENSUITE FACILITIES. AT THE BACK SITS A LOVELY GARDEN AREA TO RELAX AND EAT AND DRINK. THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS PLENTIFUL AND AVAILABLE AS SELF SERVICE IN A RELAXED SETTING. LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR OUR SUMMER FEST AT TUTOR GRANGE PARK! THANK YOU SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!
