We were updated for free to a 1 bedroom suite ,very large open rooms with a spectacular view of the harbor and the skyline of Hongkong Island,very impressive.

Disappointing Front Desk and Concierge Service
Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk and concierge team at Shangri-La was very disappointing. Whether I was checking in, checking out, or simply asking the concierge for directions to the ferry terminal for Macau, the way they spoke to me felt dismissive and lacked basic courtesy.
Their tone and manner did not make me feel respected or valued as a hotel guest. A hotel of Shangri-La’s reputation should provide warm, professional, and welcoming service, especially from the front desk and concierge, as they are the main point of contact for guests.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides the team with better customer-service training. Guests should be spoken to politely and treated with respect, regardless of how simple their request may be.

Location is excellent with lots of eateries nearby, also near to East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and bus terminus.
Room size is big and we stayed in a room with sea view.
