Staff was all around the very best. Excellent service in all areas. Everyone seemed to try so hard to accomodate your needs. My harbour View room was amazing and I spent a lot of time just sitting by the windows watching the boats on the water. Particularly appeciated the Filipino staff, they were so friendly and helpful. Used spa three times for massages and each masseuse was the best I've had anywhere. I've had massages all over the world and these were truly professionals, powerful and knowledgable concerning your stiff, aching body. Would go back in a heart beat.

We had a superb stay, we booked the Harbourside twin room and it was better than pictured.

Great location, our room with bay view was worth it. Pretty impressive breakfast, great choices and very tasty.
