We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always attentive to guests’ needs. The hotel facilities were very good, and the cleanliness throughout the property was excellent.
The room was comfortable, and the overall environment of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities.
Overall, it was a very good experience, and we were highly satisfied with our stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The location was fantastic for eateries, shopping, and tourist transportation
The room was lovely and spacious and very very clean, Housekeeping, Concierge and front staff were friendly and helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcomed
Breakfast staff need to learn to smile, while they were helpful it always felt cold

The staff are friendly and always help with our luggage. Room 1213 can see part of a nice seaview.
Was staying at room 1213 and TV controller is not working properly. End up need to change to another controller before can on TV. Lift was not coming up to L12 on the 1st night and need to walk down 1 floor to take the lift.
