The hotel is fabulous. The staff is really the best we have come across in our world wide travels. Special mention to customer relations staff Karen and Angel and Vivian. In the dining room we much appreciated Yan and Calvin; they were always friendly and professional and helpful and engaged us as individuals, remembered preferences and willingly chatted and communicated with us. The concierge services are stellar, housekeeping efficient and kind and able to recall and adapt to preferences. Truly a great and more importantly human and people oriented hotel. KUDOS!

A very pleasant stay. Extremely well run hotel, friendly and helpful staff who were happy to share travel advice and recommendations, immaculate condition room, great buffet breakfast. Stunning views from the rooftop pool and gym.
The hotel is also very conveniently located near the MTR station and is easily walkable to Kowloon itself. The promenade is directly opposite via footbridge and has fantastic views across to HK Island. Plenty of local restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.
