Generally, everything. the staff were nice and helpful. Huge thanks to the room cleaning staff for cleaning and keeping professional everytime they came to clean the room.
The concierge staff, reception staff and the hall staff were all helpful. It was a pleasant stay.
Points to improve: when doing check-in, there is no need to tell the room number and the name to the customer who check-in. Other customers can hear and note those information.
Also, it happened to me when I gave my laundry bag with the form to the concierge. They leave all of it on the counter. I saw a customer who read it. Not comfortable on that note. The concierge staff told me I can give the laundry bag directly from my room to laundry staff after calling for the service. This is noted.

The rooms are surprisingly spacious and comfortable compared to typical Hong Kong hotel standards, giving us plenty of room to unpack and relax. The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay, and the free shuttle bus service to Tsim Sha Tsui and MTR stations made getting around the city much easier. We also really enjoyed the unique optical illusion lobby design and the outdoor pool area after a long day of sightseeing.
The location is in a more residential/industrial neighborhood in To Kwa Wan, so you can’t just walk out the door directly into the main shopping or nightlife hubs without taking transport. The room decor and furnishings are also starting to feel a bit dated, and the lobby area can get quite crowded and noisy during peak check-in times when tour groups arrive.

Friendly staff, who helped after we had to change our booking from another hotel.
Pool at hotel , but was closed for the season.
Room larger than normal for HK.
Shuttle to take you to lights.
Shower was powerful and refreshing.
We liked that we were in the heart of Kowloon with easy access to bus routes.
I enjoyed a 20 min walk to the Ferry to North Point on Sunday morning.
Facilities were dated, we had been upgraded to room with a terrace, but no facilities to sit there. Why have one reading light on one side of a king sized bed.
