Ottimo per soggiorni di lavoro

Posto centralissimo Personale cordiale, anche in fase di messaggistica prima dell'arrivo. Camera spaziosa Amenity kit molto ben fornito (forniscono anche il colluttorio!)

Si vede che comincia ad essere un po' vecchiotto come hotel: una rinfrescatina non gli farebbe male. La colazione era un po' scarsa di offerta, soprattutto per le bevande. A mio avviso, le camere sono poco illuminate

Würde wieder kommen

50m von der Metrostation - sehr schnell von der Railway Station zu erreichen (hatte den Schnellzug von HongKong). Ich habe ein Upgrade in einen Clubroom erhalten - tolle Zimmer, sauber und groß. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und sehr gut. Viele asiatische Speisen, die man ausprobieren kann. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool und Fitnessgeräte (beides nicht genutzt, hat aber sehr ordentlich ausgesehen). In der Nähe Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt und Ferry Terminal (um zur Insel zu fahren). Personal sehr freundlich - nur wenige sprechen Englisch, aber mit „Handyübersetzung“ konnte alles geklärt werden. Direkt hinter dem Hotel ein großer toller Park. Habe sogar 2 Nächte verlängert, weil es sehr angenehm war.

A great place to stay with staff that make you feel right at home.

I can't speak highly enough of the staff at this hotel. The closest I can think of is that they treated us like family. The room was large, the air conditioning was perfect, the view was great and the bed, whilst firm, gave this western back a good night's sleep each night. There were little things like giving us extra coffee satchels after a couple of days when they realised that we weren't using the teabags. We relied on the concierge team to book us taxis and they were very happy to do so, offering us other information in a smiling, friendly manner. Each person that we encountered from the cleaners, to the door people, from the breakfast attendant to the check-in desk people, was welcoming and helpful. There was always someone who could communicate fluently in English. The location near the subway station is ideal and its not far from Haiwan Park. We had a great stay.

Service in the onsite restaurants could be quicker after ordering. There was some mould in the shower, no doubt hard to keep under control due to the humidity.

no noise cancellation, could hear my neighbors coming in and out makes it harder to sleep. no electric socket in the bathroom couldn’t blow dry the hair

The atmosphere and service were excellent and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond what was required. They were always happy to answer questions, provide suggestions, and help book local tours. Thank you!

My only criticism is that the pool closed too early. I usually enjoyed a refreshing swim after a long day in the sun. However, I was often unable to make it back before 8 pm to do so. Other hotels in the area keep their pools open until 10pm.

A very welcoming stay!

Robert - He was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed chatting with Robert. He did a really good job and made sure we had all we needed. Malet - Very well mannered and spoken English was very good. When we asked questions she was able to find the answers. She was super kind and friendly. Elaine - Really kind and helpful when we needed deliveries arranging our packages and post thank you 😊 Manager at Ceasers restaurant was really kind and if we asked for specific items he would try to source them for us. Staff were really helpful and kind. Thank you 😊

Good place for the value, excellent location!

Location is excellent, towels were big and soft. Water pressure in shower was excellent. Comfortable pillows.

Wifi was difficult to set up and then very slow. Could hear the family in the room next to mine.

An outstanding hotel with a wonderful breakfast buffet.

This is an outstanding hotel. They upgraded our room for free. I love the bathroom very much. It is clean. The towels are comfortable. The water of the shower is strong like fall! The staffs are very polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices and the foods are good. They even have my favorite Fujian sweet peanut soup! The subway station is super close to the hotel. This is a place for you if you wish to have a luxurious trip in Xiamen.

It will be great if the laundry price is cheaper so that we can stay longer and do not have to bring too many clothes.

Very good

Rooms were nice, clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Staff was also very friendly and check-in/check-out was fast.

Bring your swim cap if you want to use the pool. They were quite strict with that and I ended up buying one for 30 RMB. Some guests were spitting in the pool area! The hotel clearly needs to put up a “no spitting” sign and observe more closely! There was no shuttle service available.
