The Kempinski is in a great location, close to the metro and to many amenities. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Service is impeccable. The rooms are especially comfortable and with amazing views of the city. Breakfast was one of the best I have experienced and the space was extremely elegant. Top notch!

Rooms are spacious, aircon was working well. View from the hotel is amazing and the location is great. The hotel needs some little renovation.
Breakfast was just OK. Great selection, but the quality of the food was rather disappointing. Focus on less, but better quality items.
We needed to use translator for everything. You would expect hotel of this caliber to have staff speaking English at least in reception.

Breakfast so good so many choices! Hotel Location is one of the best , I walked 筼筜湖& 白鹭州公园 everyday during my stay at this hotel . Also very close to the best mall in Xiamen 万象城. Walking distance to 禾祥西路，so many good eats that area!

Generally clean
Something is quite wrong about the flushing systems in the toilet. It made odd noise at night and we had to move to another room because our toilet was faulty
