Only had to stay due to flight cancellations, the staff coped well with the large influx of stranded customers, the half breakfast was all we needed upon departure. It was some way from airport so not sure how it is an airport hotel. The price was higher than I’d normally pay for an Ibis type hotel but I guess that is dynamic pricing. Started off about 120 chf on one site but as booking impossible due to number of people requiring flights ended up paying a lot more. Hotel clean and okay for one night which I guess is the aim. Staff all very helpful and accommodating.

Good proximity to the airport - tram 10 or 12 directly from the airport. 10 min ride and 5 min walk to the hotel. Good for one night stay.
The receptionist tried to scam us. We were charged upon arrival. When I asked for an invoice, I was told you will receive it upon check out in the morning. Once in the room (we checked in at almost 11pm) in noticed that the amount on the receipt is greater than the one in Booking.com. In the morning there was a different receptionist, and when I asked why was the amount greater, I was told that I consumed 4 snacks (3,50 CHF each). I said we did not have even a fridge in the room. He could not answer that question. In the system on the screen he shower me 4 snacks added to my reservation. I asked to print a receipt, which deferred already, as he was trying to delete it from the system. I informed him that it will be reported to Booking.com and IBIS management. Be aware and check your receipts.
