A convenient location close to Zurich HB. Great buffet breakfast
The room was a bit hot and the temperature didn’t seem to be able to be controlled. The window did open but just a crack. On our second day, housekeeping forgot to leave towels. They took away the used ones. When we complained, the front desk staff only gave us 2 towels.

The location was near to all necessary facilities. Staff were helpful
The rooms were a bit old with old furniture and of course no AC and their breakfast was simple. Barking needs reservations so you have to be patient to get a spot.

No air conditioning in room for hot temperatures No separate co tool for our room.

great location near Central train Station
Staff was friendly and helpful
No phone in the room to call reception desk
when you call the hotel line , no-one answers
I was told I had to go in person to talk to reception desk
electrical problems that needed multiple visits from Electritian
furniture very basic and cheap
