It was a great location, walking distance to all the great restaurants and chocolate stores and also right in front of the metro pick up. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful
The room itself was very small and hot. There is no AC but the room down come with a small fan. The windows were open for air but it brought a few bugs

Hotel is on a great location. Rooms and the showers/toilets were very clean. I think it was a great value for money.
Reception being closed between 12 and 2pm

Fantastic location, right on the water in the central city area; clean and comfortable; friendly and helpful staff.
It’s loud. Some inconsiderate guests seemed to think it was a youth hostel, leaving their doors open and speaking loudly between rooms. Revellers from the bar in the alley beside the hotel also make quite a bit of noise. If it was a third of the price, I would’ve been less annoyed by these things, but it’s expensive (… like everything in Zurich).
