Actually they have upgraded my stay and it was amazing! Love them for this and very accommodating specially the front desk crew and assistance from nicole and adrian! Super amazing 🤍🤍

What I liked about the Traders Hotel is that the room was spacious, it was very clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make my daughter feel like she was enjoying her birthday. They took towels and made a cake out of them, with rose petals and balloons on the bed. They really went out of their way to make her feel special, and they also made sure to keep her bed comfortable since her back was a little bit sore. The restaurant was good, the facilities were nice and clean, and I just loved the stay.
There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property.

The property has every amenity that one would need while staying at a hotel. We had gotten rooms with breakfast included and were completely impressed with the spread.
The check in time provided to us was for 2pm and we arrived an hour late to ensure that we had the best possible chance of getting the rooms with no wait time. This also included confirming our arrival with the hotel for 3-4pm through the booking.com chat with the hotel. However, this was not the case and at 15:30 we were told that the second room would only be available an hour and a half later which is unacceptable.
