The staff were very friendly and helpful, overall it was a good hotel great facilities
There seems to be a drop in quality of the rooms since last year, was not as new as before, like the sheets and facilities were more run down than usual, some things were better in our last visit last year

walking distance to WB and close proximity to other theme parks. Nikhil at the breakfast restaurant was fantastic, great customer service.
I forgot a few items at the table on the rooftop bar during my stay but the staff at the reception wasn’t helpful to find it the next day.
