All was exceeding my expectations. Special thanks to reception Maricol and Rojeena (if I'm not mistaken the names), they are wonderful, upgraded our room, and supported with the Park tickets. Sure for the future this hotel is option one for me, if the price matches with my budget, no doubt.

Hotel room was perfect and very clean and quiet! The cleaning staff was great especially Kush.
The front desk was extremely helpful and assisted me in getting my room quickly even though I arrived on an early flight. Te room was perfect! The conceirge was amazing and assisted me in planning trips and excurions on YAS Island and even a boat ride. His name is Asgar and he is very professional and friendly! The restaurants were amazing and the food was delicious and the presentation was exceptional.
Keep up the great work - nothing needs changing!

Absolute chaos in the morning breakfast times. Although management did their best it felt very busy at times.
