The beautiful location, the unique level of service of each and every hotel staff member, awesome breakfast, great kids club every hotel should have!
The swimming pool water was cold, a big bummer for our stay with kids, also I was expecting the room size would be bigger and with newer furniture.

We have been here many times over the years. Great hotel in a beautiful location. Great breakfast food. Nice swimming pool. My Daughter forgot her iPad and they shipped it to us when I contacted them (I paid for the shipment fee obviously but it was nice of them).
1- Staff need to be more proactive in the breakfast service!. No one receives you at the entrance to guide you to your table!. No one comes for your service unless you call them out or raise your hands !. Not a great service in a “5-star hotel!”.
2- Very limited choices for the main course at dinner!.
3- AC was not working in both of our suites despite closing all windows (receptionist came over to the room and double checked everything and still could not solve the issue!). This could be a major issue in hot days where it does not help to open the windows (or in case of very bad foul smell from the fertilizers used in nearby farms, which happens very often).
