Great food, super friendly staff, quiet location

-L'absence de brise vue sur le balcon pour préserver la vue montagne
-L'autorisation de fumer sur les balcons
-Pas de climatisation à réglage indivividuel.
-Les grands groupes (bruyants) qui viennent hebdomadairement.
-Les anti pastis du buffet toujours identiques
-Le jour hebdomadaire gril (file / rapide / manque de choix (= trop de viande)

The view was great. The staff were very nice and helpful. Clean place.
The menu was very limited and we struggled to get anything vegeterian to eat at the hotel.
There were limited places around Kirchberg to eat and that meant we struggled to find a decent vegetarian meal.
