Good

The place is in a good position in Erice and it is very tranquil. The parking is good as well.

The air conditioning does not function well despite an 18 degrees temperature. The mattress is not comfortable.

Nice place to stay in Erice if you can overlook bathroom problems noted above.

great location, friendly and helpful staff, easy access to free parking, and very good breakfast buffet.

Leaky shower created wet and cold shower floor in our room, fresh bath towels were not completely dry and was the only hotel in our 5 week trip throughout Italy and Sicily that had Instant Coffee in the room (although cappuccino served downstairs in the dining room was excellent).

Great hotel, great location and very helpful staff.

Great location and friendly staff who spoke English. Elena was very helpful and had answers to all of our questions. Comfortable rooms and the restaurant was fantastic!

very satisfied

the accommodation was comfortable. The staff went to great lengths to ensure we were informed about the area with map and instructions on how to navigate the commune. The manager personally carried our bags from the car to our room. we ate in the restaurant and again the manager was at hand and attentive, he recommend local dishes and wine and explained the composition of each dish. Both the accommodation and food were excellent value for money.

A classy cosy charming hotel

Historic feeling, pretty hotel. The staff were kind and professional. Quiet and a very pleasant stay. We were there in April and there was free parking just outside the Porta Carmine town gate but you have to circle the town to get to it and stay out of the ZTL. There restaurant opened to serve us dinner early.

It's on the opposite side of town from the Castle.

The perfect retreat

A beautiful conversion, retaining the character of this historic property whilst providing every modern comfort. Superb restaurant in the hotel. Welcoming and very helpful staff.

I suggest to book this accomodation it will worth it.

I have arrived late evening, but all the staff members were very helpful. The room was warm, and the food was great what I ordered for dinner. And the breakfast was amazing. Everything was fresh, you could choose from different type of hand made baked sweets. And all the staff members were able to speak English.

Highly recommend!

It was cool that it was a historic property, so quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was really good and location was mere steps to the centre of town. Staff were nice, parking easy and really really good cofffe!!!

Erice is amazing. This is an interesting historic spot but could use a decorator and an investment in upgraded furnishin

Charming old Monastery.

Breakfast is simple italian traditional , location is good the only thing if you are arriving by car you have to find the allowed path inside Erice as it has a lot of only pedestrian ways and some roads are only for the residents and if you have to carry the luggage from the main entrance of Erice especially in the summer months it is hard, possibly contact the accomodation in advance and ask for a map how to arrive with the car .

Parking in Erice is hard and with payment.

Very nice court yard and breakfast area. Easy to park close by. Decent restaurant at location. Nice large bath towel. .

Disappointing in spite of potential facilities

Room needed attentional to detail when cleaningbathroom good but overall bedroom was cold and heating didn’t,function. We did not expect to climb through a window via steps to reach the balcony.
