We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was charming, and the location was good, on top of a hill with nice views and very close to the center of Göreme.
The staff, especially the receptionist, were amazing: incredibly kind and always helpful. Their hospitality really stood out.
The only downside was the room. We had booked a 20 m² double room, but the room we received felt much smaller than expected. The bathroom was also outdated and showed signs of wear and tear, and overall cleanliness was not perfect. The shower was located right next to the toilet and there was no separate shower enclosure. We had to shower directly on the bathroom floor, which meant that water would spread across the entire bathroom after every shower.
Considering the price we paid, the room did not feel fair value.
