The staff were so sweet and attentive - special shout out to Arnica who was such a gem for us during our stay! This hotel has what I would say is the best rooftop in Goreme - especially for photos of the balloons in the morning, if that’s a priority for you. This rooftop turns into a bar at night time with a DJ on Saturday (maybe other nights as well, not too sure) and their cocktails are so delicious!! Plus, they have great prices and discounts for guests, so I would very much recommend taking advantage of that during your stay. The area is perfect, super safe and walkable to everywhere in Goreme.The breakfast is fantastic - we were stuffed every morning and it was all so delicious! Rooms are modern and spacious, everything works well, good WiFi etc. In summary, we absolutely loved this place and everything about it!
The only thing missing was a mini fridge. Also might be worth noting - It was not an issue for us at all, but if you are going to need absolute silence before 11pm (at least on a Saturday night, the weekdays might be fine) then maybe this place might not be a good fit for you. And if staying in an authentic “cave” is very important to you as well, make sure you check that you’re booking the right room as our one was a normal, modern hotel room.

Excelent location. Staff was super super friendly, I loved that.
Breakfast was also nice.
The hotel is beside a bar, was super noisy until 23 pm, and also in the room I stayed I felt the vibration of the speaker, was really really bad…so if you want to sleep early was impossible

Lovely staff in reception and good location. The rooftop was nice.
The room was old and falling apart. There was hardly any light in the bathroom and the shower head was broken. No soap in the bathroom.
