Breakfast and staff were the best!
I had problems with my phone GPS which made it hard to find the property. Some local people helped me out as I don’t speak the local language and directed me to the hotel, such nice people all around the area. I love Italy

The Property was great for a short stay, clean fairly central, although in an industrial area. A fantastic pizzeria next door for food outside the hotels breakfast. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good for a short stay hotel.
I did not like the bed- as hard as the floor. Staff were not very friendly at all was the only downside.

The bed.
The location is horrible, right in the middle of nowhere, in an industrial area. when I checked in I was given a smoking room, without being asked if that was ok. After I complained I was given a non smoking room, however, the advertised free WI-Fi did not work in my room. I complained on the first night and was told they tried to fix it but would have to wait for the next day. On the next day I complained again but it was not fixed. At the end of the second day I was offered another room with WI-FI working but I refused since I would have to pack and unpack again and I was already leaving the next day. This was unacceptable for a Best Western hotel and advertised as being 4 stars. Upon reading other reviews in Booking I noticed that someone mentioned there was no WI-FI in the 3rd floor. Surprise, my room was on the 3rd floor too, so this was a known issue and they put me in that floor knowing there was no Wi-Fi. What a deception with this hotel ! The breakfast also required extra payment, which, again, is absolutely ridiculous, since the charge was only $5 euros. The room had this shower and toilet surrounded by glass, which does not work if you would like privacy. Fortunately I was alone in the room. The staff was polite.
