The check-in and organisation is great. I was upgraded and liked the room. The service was very good, my room was cleaned nicely each day, the cleaning staff are pleasant and seem well trained. Any issues or questions were solved easily by WhatsApp which is great.
The breakfast was impressive. The cappuccinos were made well, really liked them.
The hotel itself as great facilities. The pool is awesome. Its big and I like swimming and was able to swim 1km at a certain point which isn't always easy to do in a hotel pool not set up for "lane swimming".
The gym needs help. I noticed alot of dust on the air vents, I would have that cleaned (vacuumed properly) as it doesn't look very nice. The walking machines in there take up alot of room. I noticed that most people who used it wanted to lift weights. I would look at that if I were you. Update the weight stack. Have proper benches for lifting weights and add more dumbbells and a stand for bench pressing the barbell. To do that I'd recommend losing the walking machines or only having one - who needs them when you have a beach outside and such a nice climate anyway?
Dinner; the voucher that I had and used for Saturday evening was a bit disappointing. The dining room had the atmosphere of a hospital dining hall (sorry). The food was OK but underwhelming for Tel Aviv, the desserts didn't seem particularly fresh. A real lack of "wow". At one point a waiter approached our table and gawked at us saying nothing. It seemed that he was mentally checking whether we should be there or not, it was very odd. Why not welcome us and offer wine? I think it could be greatly improved on. Note, thank you for the voucher - the complimentary voucher is a nice touch in itself.
Smaller things:
Consider moving the bins away from the elevator call buttons on each floor. No-one wants to press a button right next to a smelly bin. The bin should be somewhere else, ideally far away from where humans are standing or interacting.

The pool was amazing! And the staff, especially Yadena (guest relations), were wonderful!
The doors to the rooms need soft closers on them. The noise of them slamming is annoying

Breakfast was great and cleanings staff was exceptional and helpful
More transparency around who has to pay vat. My parents from abroad took us to the hotel and when they paid were not told that hosting Israelis would require them to pay vat. It was a very upsetting added cost
