The hotel was wonderful. Everything was very clean, and the room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was delicious and there were many different choices. The location is also great, very close to the beach.
But the best part of our stay was Rob, the owner. He is very kind, helpful and easy-going. He made us feel very welcome.
I will definitely come back to Rimini, especially because of this place. I highly recommend it!

Super friendly owner, gave all the tips he knew regarding restaurants, ice cream bars and so.
Hotel is by the sea in a few steps, quiet street but also near main streets, near airport which is very convenient. Very good various breakfast. New and tidy shower. Very good atmosphere in the hotel

It was walkable to the beach and many restaurants and shops
It was old and not very elegant plus the breakfast was missing a lot of condiments and spices even though it was almost complete. Plus the AC fan was noisy and the TV didn’t work
