Net hotel met een akelige ervaring!

Hotel is schoon en netjes. Ontbijt is niet erg uitgebreid maar voldoet voor de 10,00

Kluisje werkte niet! Tijdens ontbijt is al mijn contante geld uit mijn portemonnee gestolen! Gelukkig niet de pasjes.

TOP A MIRAMARE

Ho prenotato questa struttura in occasione del TTG 2023. (2 notti e 3 giorni) La struttura si presenta totalmente ristrutturata, Smart, confortevole e alla portata di tutte le tasche. Posizionata in una zona strategica di raggiunge molto facilmente il centro di Rimini e di Riccione (in auto o mezzi pubblici). Dotata di ogni servizio in camera (per la categoria di stelle che ne fa parte). Colazione abbondante. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Unica nota negativa: bisognerebbe insonorizzare meglio le porte delle camere.

Satisfied.

The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. It was always clean, daily change of the towels and offered help if needed.

The bunk beds, felt uncomfortable while moving in sleep to not fall down. Was very shaky. Also, sound isolation is not so good between rooms and music was coming from the breakfast restaurant and kids running through the halls.

Great, clean and comfortable hotel in a tourism environment.

Very clean, comfortable hotel with a great airco system! The staff is also very friendly and the breakfast in the morning is good and varied! We upgraded to a better room without charge and had a mini fridge in our room.

The hotel stays in a crowded area with lots of tourism and therefore lots of cars as well. We wanted to park our car at the hotel facility on arrival, but it was full the first two days. Luckily, there was another parking area nearby that wasn’t full, but in general it can be difficult to find a parking spot that’s free (of charge).

Superb

The rooms were clean and the staff were really kind and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, next to the beach, supermarket, pizzeria and pastry shops. With the metromare (trolleybus) we could travel to the city centre in 15 mins.

Spotlessly clean and modern. Fridge in the room was a bonus.

No mirror in the bedroom only in tge bathroom.

Nice location, very kind staff, I can recommend it to anyone

The receptionist girl with glasses was so nice we loved her. :) Our room was nice and clean, they changed our towels regularly. I really liked the shower as well, it was clean and modern. We loved the balcony as well.

Terrible.

The Shower cabin.

AC stopped working at the third day and after that day in the third floor it damaged and flouded the whole hotel with biohazard gas. We spend the night at the street till 3am from 22:00. After a huge argument with the terrible staff we got a room in another hotel. The staff did not speak in English. We didn’t get any payback except parking fees.

Fantastic hotel. Staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive. Superb location, just a few minutes away from the beach and all the amenities. Breakfast had a great variety. All in all loved our stay at Ducale, and we will definitely return. Thank you team Ducale.

Very good

The shower is lovely. Breakfast was good, the staff very nice. Parking has to be booked in advance

Only thing to mention: from Rimini center there is a 50 minutes walk and some areas are not so nice. If you want to avoid it, there is a bus covering the same distance
