"The hotel reminded me of my first stay in Cala Miller, Majorca 1968, with leather seats and waiter service. The food was excellent whilst the wine was great and affordable. A great location."

A great room in a large hotel just out of town. It met our expectations well. Staff were fantastic. Reasonably pricey for what it was. Bus to the walking start points stopped just outside the door. Probably a 15min walk to the lovely old town.

The views were breathtaking and location was fantastic. Thought the breakfast was great value and tasty. Staff were very friendly, and the bar was a good little spot in the evening after a day of hiking. The room was clean and spacious. Parking was also good
No air con, bed wasn’t very comfy and loud when moving around, pool was not open although I understand it was out of season

Beautiful setting, great location for exploring the surrounding towns and countryside. Good sized bedroom and bathroom, comfortable bed, and had a small fridge. Very nice breakfast, and the bar offered a good eating menu which we availed of twice, eating outside as we have a dog. Also, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool was lovely, not heated but very refreshing after a days hiking.
Most rooms don’t have a/c, not a big issue as was cool at night, but opening the windows invites a lot of flies in. There is a €25/day charge if you have a dog, we opted to not have the room serviced during our three day stay, but still got charged €78 which feels a tad steep. What bugged me most was that having paid for breakfast on our last day, we decided to have a few more coffees before we left (still during breakfast hours), and were charged for the coffees. That is not acceptable.

The gentleman in the dining room was wonderful. Perhaps an owner?
Was dirty. Window sills dirty. Dead spiders everywhere. It’s needs a good thorough cleaning. The property needs some serious TLC.
