reception open 24/7, very helpful staff, accommodation in a great location in the center, just a bit busy street under the windows. Rooftop pool perfect, nice view. Clean everywhere

Very central to Plaza Charco and the promenade. It's in the town centre so lots of restaurants and shops. The rooftop terrace and two small pools were lovely. The view from the roof was fantastic. The bed was comfortable.
There was no Air Con. The staff had no portable fans. I like a cool bedroom at night so it was uncomfortably stuffy. The room was really basic. But you get what you pay for and this was right in the centre and cheap. The cleaning lady was fantastic.
