Atitudinea personalului de la recepție...doar 1 fata din 4 salutau si răspundeau la salut, barmanul de culoare "cersea" indirect bacșiș, un chelner bun pe terasa

Camera frumoasa, de 5 stele, hotelul fara prea multe facilitati, dar placut. Pretul cam mare pentru aceasta oferta
La sfarsitul sejurului, am intrebat la receptie cum ajungem la gara in Mangalia, daca pot chema un uber. Mi s-a raspuns ca nu exista uber acolo, dar ei au o firma de taxi "nick taxi" cu care colaboreaza. Mi-au dat o carte de vizita. am sunat, un domn care mi-a raspuns a spus ca va costa 40 lei, iar in 7 min masina a venit.
Asadar, pentru 2,7 km am platit 40 lei, fara ceas pus, fara bon.
Este o farsa????? aceasta este colaborarea hotelului, cu spagari???? Un gust foarte amar, ca sa vad ca in Romania, la un hotel de 5 stele, cu pretentii sunt ageate si incurajate astfel de practici
Poate cineva din conducerea hotelului sau protectia consumatorului va lua atitudine

I liked absolutely everything. The place is as close to 5* as a hotel in Romania can be.
The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, the bathroom had everything you needed from shampoo shower gel body lotion to slippers bathrobe etc (and really good water pressure). Although I didn’t request sea view, the room had partial sea view and it was beautiful. The pool, albeit quite small (10-12m length) was incredibly clean and it did look like an infinity pool. The private beach, literally right as you got out of the hotel, was a huge plus, especially because it’s in the area of a small cove where even on windy days with tall waves anywhere else, the water was calm and you could swim for hours.
The breakfast was probably the best I’ve had at any hotel in Romania - diverse, rich, delicious ( and they never ran out of food)
The hotel staff were beyond polite and helpful, they were genuinely nice people!
Cleaning was done every day (I even had to ask them one day to NOT change the towels since I had only used them once in the 24 hrs since the previous cleaning) - which probably explains why the place is squeaky clean at all times.
Another big plus was the hotel restaurant which had a really amazing à la carte menu (I had lunch one day, they make a brilliant veal steak).
