Located right outside the city center, the hotel is perfectly connected by bus to airport and downtown (by bus). Not the most modern one, but it has everything you need: nice breakfast and restaurant, comfortable bed and clean and fresh toilet. Staff was polite and friendly (especially at the restaurant), easy to communicate to and trying to find solutions

Very clean, friendly staff. Close to the airport and 10min to the city center by taxi. The room was comfortable, there was coffee, tea and chocolates provided. The room also had a fridge with a mini-bar.
All was good except one thing: spa.
When we were about to start our spa visit, we were very disappointed to learn that the jacuzzi is out of order and there are only saunas working. This was not mentioned in any communication prior or during the check-in. I cancelled the reservation in another hotel in the center and changed to this one specifically because of the spa that was supposed to work 24/7. Before booking I also inquired about a reservation for the spa and no one mentioned that the jacuzzi was not working.
