Especially the 4* rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, but also the 3* are pretty good. Exceptional location in the pedestrian center, staff very helpful, free parking for hotel guests, good beds.

The staff is very understanding, friendly, and flexible. There is a wonderful pool and a lot of add ons and available necessities offered by this hotel.
All in all the whole hotel is very elegant and right in the middle of the city, where there's always something going on.
The room was very light, bright, clean and positive.
Going back to botosani id love to be hosted by this hotel again

Very good location, clean rooms and nice breakfast. Very good value for money on the F&B side. I’ve enjoyed the food, it was tasty and the portions were rather generous. Nice swimming pool as well.
One small hiccups. If you offer an iron, it would be nice to offer an ironing board as well, there’s plenty of space in the closet for it and it minimizes the chances of people damaging the carpet or the bed when trying to iron their clothes.

Good location and pool access which was great for the very hot weather we had
Shower outdated and poor water flow (not comfortable when used on full power as shower head very small)
Slightly challenging on access and had to ask for help with my suitcase as not offered by reception staff, considering there is no elevator and was on second floor
Pool bar staff not very helpful, one young bartender(I believe in charge) quite rude and always feeling like you are a nuisance…..
