Location was great - near the seafront and a short drive to the University which we were visiting. There was ample parking. The room was a little old fashioned but the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the manager Aram who found and returned my lost wallet. The breakfast was excellent. We walked along the coast path to Langland Bay beach where we had a swim and then back through Mumbles past the castle to the hotel. Mumbles is a nice place to visit.
The boiler was very noisy when the guest in the adjacent room was using the shower.

Location was good. Breakfast selection sufficient but lacked quality. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was sub standard and in parts dirty. Needs a lot of TLC. The mattress in the room we were given felt broken and offered little to no support meaning we were unable to sleep. With some reluctance the staff offered us an alternative room for the second night which was much better.
