Friendy staff and great location, clean room. And Mumbles is a very cozy city!!
The room was a bit small, and the ventilation very noisy. We heard the fan from our own bathroom loudly, pluss the vibrations in the oposite wall from the fan in the neighbour bathroom.

The location was very good, the room was comfortable.
The stairs were very steep, no slip mat in the shower, no hook on the bathroom door and no breakfast.

The Hotel and staff who we saw were good. Room clean and bathroom clean.
Facilities in bathroom - no where to put your toilet bag. No proper space for the kettle. Staff was very limited.
