We have stayed at Patrick’s Boathouse several times over the years. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with a fridge, kettle etc. We like that breakfast provisions are supplied which are more than adequate. The building is off the main road so it is quiet, and parking is close by, we paid £17 for 24 hours. We walked the coastal path to Caswell Bay during our stay so Patrick’s is in an ideal location. There are plenty of bars and restaurants locally also. Will definitely return.

Access to the building is up a short steep lane which might be unsuitable for someone with walking disabilities/wheelchair bound.

We had room only. However there were lots of lovely little extra touches including breakfast snacks which were very much appreciated.

It is in a great location, easily walkable to the beach and the town; the room and bathroom were very spacious; good Wi-Fi; and there was thoughtful attention to detail like breakfast supplies and use of games.

Couldn’t get TV to work; people should be aware there is a steep driveway to walk up - it is short but very steep which might be problematic if mobility is an issue for you.
