Great location and super quiet given the number of pubs, restaurants round about!
Bathroom a bit tired and needs refurbished. Breakfast was poor; eggs cold, coffee tasteless

The hotel is in a good location although parking on site was a little tricky. Libby area is lovely and breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful.
Bedroom was really tatty. We booked 3 rooms and in one the toilet refilled all night. We reported the toilet as soon as we arrived and it appeared to be fixed, but as soon as it was flayed again; the issue restarted. Some questionable drips of liquid on the wall near the bed, broken bath panel, not restocked with tissues etc etc. just generally run down. Needs a lot of TLC and investment in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
