Gorgeous rooms. My second stay. The sheets smell lovely. Pristine and comfy. The bar/restaurant below might trouble some, but it closes at 11pm so the students disperse, and I like hearing their happy chatter below anyway.

Great location in central Jesmond. Clean and modern room. Comfortable bed.
Very noisy. Noise from bar below until 11.30, then intermittent noise from people in street, then bin lorry very early. My room was at the front of the property - might be ok at the back. Bring ear plugs!.
