The location is great, walking distance from the centre including restaurants and attractions. The staff were very polite and friendly, the room was of good size, nice and clean, breakfast had a good variety of choices and was of good quality.
Nothing to call out.

The location
The room I had was just okay. The shower cube was very small and it had dark dirt in it.

The location is perfect
For a 5 star rated hotel the upkeep of the rooms were more like a 2 star. Black mouldy patches around the bath and tiles. Paint work and wood work was all old scruffy and in need of light decoration.
