From arrival the staff could not have done more for us, the guy on the desk when we arrived was really friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for us, he even carried our bags to the room.
The same guy seemed to cover most areas of the hotel everyday we stayed and he was fantastic.
The hotel isa little dated itself but clean and tidy and the beds were really comfortable.
We would definitely stay there again if ever visiting that area.
Hotel perfectly placed for west Midlands safari park.
The hotel has an Asian restaurant, my wife said the food was amazing, as I do not eat spicy food they went out of their way to cook something for me that I could eat.... amazing service!

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was functional and clean. Car parking was free and spacious. Reception person was friendly and helpful. The value was extremely good. Coffee at breakfast was good and got.The hotel is large and in a previous life would have been popular for weddings and conferences.
Breakfast was an interesting experience with warm hard boiled eggs which I've never seen on a breakfast buffet before. Scrambled eggs were made to order but the strangest I've ever seen and inedible, probably powdered egg. Fried eggs I saw done for others appeared to be deconstructed and left on the plate.
Interestingly there was cold custard with fruit in it which was delicious. Everything had been painted white presumably after its previous use for asylum seekers.
