The location was good, bed was comfy, bathroom had everything you needed and breakfast was good.
Waited in reception for 15 minutes to be served, rang the number and left a voicemail and then rang again and given our key to the room, we ate in the bar area and found the food nice but very expensive for what we got, ordered a curry which was £13 but had to order rice as extra as the curry didn't come with rice, no one at reception when we checked out

The hotel overall was a very pleasant surprise. The cost was very reasonable for what we received. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Room was big and the facilities therein were good. Very clean and warm. Didn't take advantage of the bar but it looked good and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Ample free parking on site, welcoming reception area and very quick and easy check in and out. We will use it again. OVERALL, A GREAT FIND.
Nothing in particular. The hotel obviously go out of their way to cover most bases, even the stair lifts that would be very helpful to their more challenged customers was a plus point here.

The bed was quite comfortable
When we arrived the room was cold - so my husband went to reception and they provided a portable heater as there is no heating in the room.
The hairdryer in the room didn't work.
The breakfast was not great. The coffee machine was terrible.
