The parking was excellent shared with Prenmier Inn. The receptionist who checked us in was friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. He needs to be complimented.
We wanted to use the tramway and the local stop is about 200metres away, with frequent trams to downtown and the airport
The breakfast. we arrived at 0800hrs to find no bread, and only one cheese choice. A customer before us demanded more cheese which was replenished. I asked why ther was no bread to be told that well there were a lot of customers.
Eventually after waiting over 10 minutes bread arrived but this 10 minutes my have disrupted our schedule. Look bread with any French meal is essential. My wife tried the scrambled egg, which was stone cold, this she reported but nothing was done. Tip skip the breakfast and go downtown to a coffee shop.

Quick and easy check-in with polite staff. Excellent shower/bathroom. Clean and quiet. Great value for money and very close to tram stop.
Bed wasn't very comfortable- not terrible, but could be much better. Not enough pillows. Plug only on one side of bed.

Location and ease of getting to that location.
Being told at 9:15 on a Monday morning that breakfast finishes at 9. Therefor, will not stay here again.
