Kaleb, the young man in reception was one of the most polite young men we have encountered. He worked non-stop, between reception and the bar/bistro.
It would have been rated 10/10 but no shower gel and no hand wash.
On a more technical point, the spiral staircases are not the best we`ve seen, too narrow, so no handrail on the central pillar.
And, lots of power sockets in the room but no USB charging sockets.

Simple hotel, no pretensions. Fulfilled that. Clean rooms, easy access from car. Family all located nearby. Kettle in room. There is a nearby " All you can eat for a fixed price" but we just wanted a light meal after a long drive.
No restaurant on Saturday evenings. Very few restaurant nearby. The hotel offered snacks but they all seemed high carb snacks like pasta and pizza. No salads.
