What Staff? Didn't see any.
Car park confusion. It was a local pay & display but we didn't have to pay. Thanks to a local who told us.

All really good except for the parking information
Receptionist, although she was amazing she was not able to explain the parking. I speak English and Spanish but unfortunately no French which I shall remedy the situation. I would expect in this trade another language is important
