Location was perfect. Close to restaurants, cafes, shops and Central station and with discounted parking.
Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable and shower had great pressure and temperature.
Fridge and water bottles in room was nice to have, but no milk provided for drinks.
Woken with noise from water pipes(??) at 0300 ish on the second night and the noise continued on and off until after 0500. Told receptionist in the am and played her the recording. Passed the recording on to her for maintenance staff but only got a weak apology and assurance it would be better for others.
Also, surprised to see a member of desk staff smoking in front of the hotel front door at one point.
Extension lead to plug in kettle too short. One of us had to hold the base plate until a full kettle was on it so that it didnt get pulled off the surface with the weight of the extension.
Toilet roll holder installed the wrong way around making it a stretch to reach from the toilet.
