I liked the staff especially --they were all friendly and helpful. Reception was especially knowledgeable and took the time to give me some good tips. Cleanliness was welcome.

Not a deal breaker as the light over the bed for reading was warm. The other lights are a bit cold stark i.e. clinical. Maybe the bulbs are economic.
