Lovely old fashioned hotel but either lovely rooms and we had a huge bathroom. Very bright.
There is a pool but the weather was so good we didn’t use it as it’s indoor.
No real bar which is fine but couldn’t provide a soft drink I asked for which is disappointing in a 4 * hotel.

This property has a wonderful ‘olde worlde’ feeling to it. The furnishings are traditional (but clean) and a feeling of period opulence. The bathrooms were absolutely wonderful and made me rather sorry I wasn’t staying longer to take advantage of the spectacular bathtub.
The reception staff was very helpful, friendly, and communicative and made us feel welcome and at home.
It is a little on the edge of the main historic sights, above all the Cathedral, but it is a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes.
We would definitely stay here if we return to Reims.

Great location and the staff were really nice and helpful
Room was cramped. Breakfast was extremely over-priced - description no where near matched the reality and had we known, we wouldn’t have opted to take the breakfast. Very limited choice, quality of what was offered was sub standard.
