We spent 4 nights here, celebrating my wife's birthday in Paris. The hotel was definitely luxurious, very clean, the sheets in the room were heavenly. The staff were super efficient, pleasant and helpful. The hotel was connected to a shopping center which was great. The location was great as well, close to most attractions as well as cafés and restaurants. The metro was also right there, behind the hotel. My wife particularly loved the Sky bar on the 34th floor were we enjoyed a free glass of champagne, courtesy of the hyatt team.
I didn't like that on the booking, a king bed was advertised but on getting to our room, it was 2 tiny single beds pushed together and nothing held them together so they kept moving apart at night. The room was also really small. There also could be more options at the breakfast buffet.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay recently while in Paris for Celine Dion's return to the stage. I booked a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and it was truly worth it, the view is stunning! The staff was lovely, everything was clean, location was perfect for what I needed having both RER and metro within a couple minutes of walking. It is also perfect for the aerobus for Beauvais airport, literally just across the road. The air conditioning was also a big plus! I'll definitely be staying at this hotel again in the future.

The check in/ out system is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. For a hotel with almost 1000 rooms to have 2 people at reception at 3pm when the “official check in”‘starts is simply unacceptable. On top of that, staff shift change is at 3pm which adds even longer wait time. Staff continues to have to apologize for the delay as the waiting line snakes out. Simply put, very nice hotel facilities, bad management.
