I had a wonderful stay at Brach Paris. The hotel feels genuinely special: the design is full of small, thoughtful details, the room is beautiful without feeling overly formal, and the wellness area is probably the strongest part of the experience. I used the pool, jacuzzi, hammam and salt room both during my stay and again after check-out, which made a one-night stay feel surprisingly generous.
The service was warm and attentive. I had a half-marathon on the morning of check-out, and although a late check-out wasn’t possible, the team immediately offered me the possibility to shower afterwards and allowed me to use the spa for as long as I wanted. Small touches such as the LED mask experience, the tote bag and the cookies at departure also made the stay feel personal and memorable.
Overall, Brach managed to make one night feel like a real experience rather than simply a hotel stay. I left relaxed, very happy, and with the feeling that it was absolutely worth treating myself to it.
The only thing that felt slightly out of place at this level was the lack of complimentary bottled water in the room — the bottles provided cost €8, which feels unnecessary in a hotel of this category, especially when the overall experience is otherwise so generous.

The hotel was a total Starck design using his Axor Starck plumbing fittings, which I use at home and are excellent. However the shower thermostatic fitting is out of adjustment and basically has bad temperature regulation. The tub fill was also somehow controlled and tool a long time to fill. Why give a tub but create a burden to use?

The suite was nice. They also give you a bunch of free stuff to take home which I thought was a nice touch.
Something is off with their operations. First, I was sent 100+ emails about the pre-check-in process, all addressed to different names. Then, a month after we'd checked out, I was charged 65 euros for a perfume I most definitely did not buy. A series of follow-up emails and phone call with the front desk later (they could not even find a record of my reservation, yet somehow was able to charge my card??), they are refunding me (hopefully). It just is a source of unnecessary frustration after having spent 2K+ on the room. Please figure out the kinks.
Also, the gym is not private so was truly packed to the brim.
The area is very residential i.e., not much to do. It was good for 1 night but staying longer would become a bit inconvenient.
